Free Return Shipping policy
- 1st, contact our customer services team
- we accept the return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date
- if you send email to us, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in your email, and whether you would like a refund or exchange
- once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, we will inspect the items with good conditions and didn’t open or used and this is our international return address

Order Cancellation
We are happy to cancel any orders that has not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We suggest to send email to sales@dailycons.co.uk and leave your Order ID and email address. Our customer services team will verify and confirm with you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
All refunds will take a maximum of 3 working days to be refunded to your account. Btw, your refund will not be processed until we have received the original items in our warehouse
