How do I order if I don’t have a copy of my prescription?
To find the correct information for your contact lens order, just look on one of your contact lens boxes. Your contact lens box will have a brand name and your prescription information.
Contact lens prescriptions vary based on the type of lens you wear (bifocal, toric, disposable contacts, etc.).
If you don’t have a box, WhatsApp us at +44 077 8733 7222 and we can complete your order process over the WhatsApp. One of our agents will be happy to contact your eye doctor and find your prescription for you.
How do I know if my prescription is still valid?
We are advocates of proper eye health and encourage our customers to receive regular eye care. If you have provided us a copy of your prescription, we will notify you when it is expiring. If it has already expired, we’ll call to remind you to visit your eye doctor for an eye exam and to receive an updated or new contact lens prescription. In general, an eye is good to exam each half year.
Can I wear soft contact lenses if I have astigmatism?
Yes, you can wear a special type of soft contact lens called a toric lens which will correct your astigmatism. However, these lenses are typically more expensive and there are fewer types available than there are with regular (spherical) lenses. Some of the more popular disposable toric lenses include the Acuvue Moist and Oasys for Astigmatism , the Purevision 2HD Toric and the BioMedics One Day Extra Toric . Several manufacturers including ALCON (AirOptix Astigmatism) and CooperVision (BioMedics Monthly Toric) produce 1 month frequent replacement toric lenses.
Can I purchase one brand of contact lens if I have a prescription for another?
Unfortunately, not. Contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. As a replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses that you are already wearing successfully. If you would like to change the type or brand of lens you are wearing, your eye care professional will need to help you make that choice. Once you and your eye care professional establish what type of contact lens is best for you, simply contact our Customer Service and one of our knowledgeable representatives will help you save up to 70%.
Can I get color contact lenses without a prescription?
No. Colored contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. As a replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses that you are already wearing successfully. Once you have a prescription for colored contact lenses, simply contact our Customer Service and one of our knowledgeable representatives will help you save up to 70%.
Can I swim with my contact lenses in?
It is best if you don’t because there are bacteria in the water that can adhere to your lenses and cause infections. If you do swim in your lenses, you should wear goggles over them and you should disinfect them immediately afterwards.
Is a contact lens prescription different than a glasses prescription?
Yes. When you order contact lenses, you must have a current contact lens prescription which specifies the power of the lenses, the size of the lens, the type and brand of lens.

How long does it take for my lenses to arrive?
98% of all UK orders arrive within the 5-7 working day delivery time stated on our website. However, the vast majority of orders that are shipped from stock will arrive significantly sooner.
How do you ship your products?
Product will be shipped by Royal Mail.
How do I check the status of my order?
First, be sure to sign in! You can easily check the status of your current and past orders by clicking on the “Order History” tab on the My Account page. Your most recent order will be displayed, and you can check your order status.
Order status = On-hold
Once you place order at our website, order will be On-hold and is waiting for our confirmation
Order status = Processing
We are processing your order before shipping
Order status = Shipping
Your order is shipping and it will take around 5 working days
Order status = Completed
Your order has delivered
Order status = Cancelled
Order is cancelled
Order status = Refunded
Order is refunded
How do I track my order?
You may check the status of your dailycons.co.uk order and track the shipment by visiting our Order Status page. Orders will be listed by the Order Number and are also identified by their order date, shipping address, and the price of the order.
Or you can visit Royal Mail Track & Trace website and paste your tracking number to check its status.

Yes! We ship orders world wide every day. We ship via Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method.
